They need to take time to read the names in the clothes before they dress the patients. Numerous times I witness residents being made to wait for meals and picks up from dinning area. She didn't have any information to give us on our exit nor any card or any kind of identification to leave us, but she seemed to know the people there. She walked by different people and mentioned them by name. The one apartment she showed me was kind of small. It looked OK too and it was just remodeled. They had bingo and other games for people. Then they had a pool table and a big cafeteria.

You also can drop certain things for him. My aunt has lived there for years, and I have a cousin who has also lived there, and I've never heard of any issues with them. However, I didn't get to see all their stuff because of Covid. It was an old high school that had been refurbished back in the late 1980s, so it is quite a huge building.
When I got there it was a big problem and they did not want to access the port, they wanted to put it in her arm even though she has a lot of difficulty with veins. The next day, at 10 AM I went in to see my mom and the needle in her arm and the equipment they used was all bloody. I asked the head nurse about it and she sent someone in there to clean it up. They never did it on the schedule I wanted them to do it on, I was scared she would get a urinary tract infection. Fortunately she did not however the head nurse that was there rather than taking off her shirt simply pushed her sleeve up on her arm for them to insert the device . My mother had to be on blood thinners which as everyone knows exacerbates a patient who is inclined to fall and it did.

Horrible care under her supervision. I’ve been through 3 Directors she is by far the worst. I would report staff not changing my family or giving her showers and she bold face lied and said say she would take care of it but she would never follow up.
He’s doing rehab, and I felt comfortable with him being there. They have church service and he likes it. Even the cleaning crew there is phenomenal. I don’t have anything negative to say about this facility. I would recommend someone there for their parents because I’m very satisfied with the facility and my father is also.
It was my old high school back when I was a kid before they built a new one way back in 1954. The place was nice, and everything was spiffy inside. It's just way out of my price range. The rooms were nice and small, which is good for me because I only have a few pieces of furniture. They didn't have a pool or a gym, but they had a library, bingo, and field trips.
